Your Privacy

Every response is rewritten by AI into neutral language, stripped of identifying details, and combined with others before anyone sees it. Your conversation transcript is deleted after processing. Your manager never sees your original words.

Our Promise

Nobody can find out what you said. Not your manager, not HR. Your words are rewritten and your conversation is deleted after processing. What remains are anonymized themes that can't be traced back to you.

Your Manager CAN'T See:

  • Who said what (structurally separated)
  • Individual responses or quotes
  • Which department feedback came from
  • Your name, email, or any personal info
  • Timestamps showing when you submitted

Your Manager CAN See:

  • The team's top priorities, ranked
  • Common themes across all responses
  • Patterns in collaboration or process
  • General trends and shared concerns

Think of it like this: Your manager sees "lots of people are frustrated with the printer" but has no idea it was you who complained about it jamming every Tuesday.

Data Retention

  • Conversation transcripts are deleted immediately after themes are extracted.
  • Extracted themes and anonymized data are retained for the duration of the Senseeing cycle plus 90 days.
  • Account data is retained until you request deletion.
  • You may request deletion of all your data at any time by contacting hello@senseeing.com.

Lawful Basis for Processing

We process your data based on:

  • (a) your consent when you participate in a Senseeing conversation,
  • (b) legitimate interest of your organization in understanding team dynamics, and
  • (c) contractual necessity to deliver the service to your organization.

Data Transfers

Some data is processed by providers located outside the EU (Anthropic, OpenAI). All such transfers are covered by EU standard contractual clauses. Database hosting (Neon) is in the EU region.
